Matt Spivack

Bio: Matt is Amalgam Effect’s eccentric front-man. Embracing the classic vocal stylings of 70s progressive rock, he gives the band its voice. Matt is also one of the main lyricists and writes all manner of poetic and evocative songs—even when he may seem at a loss for words. With energy and charisma, he stands boldly at the front of the stage. Outside of Amalgam Effect, Matt enjoys myriad cultural indulgences which includes his participation in the Society for Creative Anachronism.
